I have a strange feeling under my left ribcage that feels like a gas or water bubble sloshing out when I lie back on the sofa. It sometimes feels like something is pinching and then releasing, especially during sit-ups. I've tried various remedies like abdominal massages, back massages, Simeticon, teas, and yoga exercises, but the feeling remains. I found a couple of lymph nodes on my neck, about 1cm in size. I'm not sure if they were there before. When I press on the area, I feel two small balls, but they are not visible just by looking at my neck. I'm 25 years old and found them yesterday. I have no pain and they don't move or increase in size. What could this be and should I be concerned?
