I found a couple of lymph nodes on my neck, about 1cm in size. I'm not sure if they were there before. When I press on the area, I feel two small balls, but they are not visible just by looking at my neck. I'm 25 years old and found them yesterday. I have no pain and they don't move or increase in size. What could this be and should I be concerned?

I've been experiencing severe twitching when trying to fall asleep for three nights, which started after returning to heavy lifting in the gym. I've taken Benadryl and Flexiril, but the twitching persists. I'm also experiencing fatigue, vivid dreaming while awake, occasional involuntary swallowing, and can feel my heartbeat leading up to a twitch. I'm taking magnesium, calcium, and electrolyte supplements. Is this a magnesium deficiency, and at what point should I seek medical attention?

Can you do a referral? I have been experiencing tremors for decades, I am 75 years old and on multiple medications. I live in a small town without access to a doctor and have a history of alcohol essential tremor, anxiety, and depression.
