I have been experiencing thigh numbness for several months, which is stable and not getting worse. I have no dizziness or muscle spasms, and I am not on any medications. I am 24 years old and have no significant medical history. I have seen a neurologist who suggested Meralgia Paresthetica, but the numbness worsens with heavy lifting. I have started taking B vitamins and stopped heavy lifting, which has improved the numbness slightly. Could this be a sign of a more serious condition like MS, and should I be concerned about tingling in my hands during prolonged phone use or when sleeping with my arms above my head?

I am a 74-year-old male with symptoms including tingling from my shoulder to my neck, occasional numbness in my right hand pinky, and these symptoms have persisted for at least 4 weeks.
