A 40-year-old male with a history of MS, gastric bypass, and lap band surgeries has been experiencing worsening diarrhea, intermittent bleeding, nausea, vomiting, weight loss, fatigue, and sharp pains in the rectal, penis, and testicle areas. Initial stool tests showed no infections. What could be causing these symptoms, and what additional tests or steps can be taken while waiting for a specialist appointment?

I have been experiencing thigh numbness for several months, which is stable and not getting worse. I have no dizziness or muscle spasms, and I am not on any medications. I am 24 years old and have no significant medical history. I have seen a neurologist who suggested Meralgia Paresthetica, but the numbness worsens with heavy lifting. I have started taking B vitamins and stopped heavy lifting, which has improved the numbness slightly. Could this be a sign of a more serious condition like MS, and should I be concerned about tingling in my hands during prolonged phone use or when sleeping with my arms above my head?

How do you treat a pinched nerve in your back and shoulder? I am a 74-year-old male with symptoms including tingling from my shoulder to my neck, occasional numbness in my right hand pinky, and these symptoms have persisted for at least 4 weeks. I am currently using Aleve and was given a clean bill of health 3 weeks ago.

I used to weigh 118lbs last year and now weigh 114 lbs after dealing with severe anxiety, going to therapy, and IBS. I eat a lot but can't seem to gain weight back. I'm a 19-year-old female and run for half an hour every day. Is this weight loss concerning and what can I do about it?

My cousin is 43 years old and woke up with bruises everywhere. She didn't fall or experience any trauma, but she did have COVID about a month ago and has since recovered. Could this be related to her recent illness or her condition of Chiari malformation, for which she takes Topamax?

I've been having diarrhea for almost a month, on and off. I'm 21 years old, male, and not currently using any medications except for a preworkout. I had knee surgery two years ago and recently experienced abdominal spasms or twitching muscles, along with occasional tiny pain in my upper abdomen. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?
