A 65-year-old, who recently had a heart attack and a stent placed, is experiencing nausea, sweats, fatigue, and diarrhea for the last three days. The symptoms come and go. How's the appetite? Any bloating? What medications are they currently using, and is there anything else in their medical history that the doctor should know?

I'm a 26-year-old male experiencing a stabbing pain on my left abdomen near my rib cage for about two weeks. The pain comes and goes and is sometimes accompanied by feelings of gas or bubbles in that location. I've had elevated stool levels, bloating, and frequent coughing for the past three weeks. My gastroenterologist performed a colonoscopy and found no polyps, but took biopsies of my rectum. I also have blood in my urine and am scheduled for an ultrasound on my scrotum, stomach, and kidneys. What could be causing this pain and should I seek further medical care?

I fell and hit my hip, causing tenderness but no broken bones. I have trouble straightening my leg and have noted arthritis. I'm currently using Norco, aspirin, and have a history of post-stroke from 2019. What can I do to improve my condition and start walking again?

I have a chronic recanalized right lobe pulmonary arterial embolism. I was just diagnosed and have no symptoms. I was put on Eliquis. I feel tired at times and wonder if the dose is too high for me. Do I need the medication? How long will I be on it? Does it slow down the heart rate? What does 'recanalized' mean?

I have had chronic constipation for years, and nothing helps, including fiber, water, and laxatives. The only relief I get is when I take Vyvanse, which causes liquid stools and hemorrhoids. I also experience dull pain on my left and right lower sides, bloating, and gas that is sometimes hard to pass. Additionally, my stools are often thin. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do to manage them?
