A family visitor recently had chickenpox, and we are concerned about the risk of infection for the 3 of us living in the home, especially my 90-year-old mother who has asthma, bronchial issues, and hypertension. How can we detect early signs of infection, and what preventive measures should be taken to protect my mother during her upcoming visit?

My daughter used a roadside toilet today. She is 7. After she used it, I noticed there were wet marks all on the seat, urine I guess (Not from her), hard to tell as the seat is black. It was a grotty looking toilet and I am terrified now she will develop serious illness or infection. We used hand sanitizer to clean her hands after and I showered her as soon as possible which wasn't for a few hours. Please help I am very germ phobic and suffer with GAD.

I am feeling dizzy, nauseous, weak, and have on and off sweating, anxiety, and increased dehydration. I have been a vegan for almost 2 years and wonder if I am lacking vitamin B12. I bought vitamin B12 500mcg and am unsure if it's okay to take one daily. Additionally, I have Claritin and magnesium 400mg. What should I do?

I want to know if I'm eligible for antidepressants. I haven't used any antidepressants or seen a doctor about this before. I have PCOS but don't think it matters. My depression is mostly due to family issues, including my mother's substance use and inappropriate behavior. I'm 15 years old, have difficulty finding a therapist, and don't have many friends to talk to. I'm also struggling with exercise and reaching out at school. What should I do?
