I have recently developed red rashes and large bumps on my back, and today my lip has swollen significantly. I have not used any medication for this and have no prior history of allergies or illnesses. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have been experiencing right side upper abdomen and side flank pain with burning back pain, rapid weight loss, loss of appetite, fatigue, and anxiety symptoms such as shaking, pins and needles in hands and feet, numbness in jaw, and a sensation of something stuck in my throat. I have had normal results from abdominal ultrasound, CT scan, CBC, and EGD. I am taking omeprazole 20mg daily and have been for three months. Could this be a gallbladder issue, and should I consider a higher dose of omeprazole or another medication?

I just used phenylephrine HCI 1% nasal spray. I sprayed it too far back, causing some to drip into my throat and possibly swallow it. Is this dangerous?

I have extreme anemia due to internal bleeding, with my last bloodwork showing an iron level of 9. I feel unwell, with a temperature of 97.9, I get very cold, am extremely tired, and have a headache. I have had the headache on and off for two days, for which I took Tylenol. I also have a hiatal hernia and severe shortness of breath. Is all of this related to my anemia?
