I have extreme anemia due to internal bleeding, with my last bloodwork showing an iron level of 9. I feel unwell, with a temperature of 97.9, I get very cold, am extremely tired, and have a headache. I have had the headache on and off for two days, for which I took Tylenol. I also have a hiatal hernia and severe shortness of breath. Is all of this related to my anemia?

Over the past few months, I have been dealing with chronically dry fingertips, which get so dry that chunks of skin can be peeled off. No amount of lotion helps. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

I was at my friend's house for a couple of hours yesterday, and her son has a stomach bug. He brought me a glass of water and a few other things during that time, but we were at least 4 feet apart. What are the chances I will get the stomach bug too, considering my exposure was limited and before he started vomiting? I am currently using an albuterol inhaler and Armour thyroid, and I have no other significant medical history.
