A week ago, I found what I thought was a pimple under my armpit. I squeezed it, which was painful, but some came out. It was red and hot to the touch the next day, and I squeezed again with no results. Now, it has gone down but I still feel it under the skin. It's soft, movable, and feels deep. What is it and what can I do?

I went to an oil massage shop in Tokyo and had a massage for almost 2 hours with no sexual contact. The massage therapist had tiny pimples on her hand, and I had a fresh cut on my foot that bled slightly during the massage. I wore disposable underwear and showered after the massage. What are the chances of transmitting any STDs from the massage towels or the therapist, and should I be concerned about any symptoms I'm experiencing 9 days after the encounter?

I am 64 years old and have been experiencing joint and muscle pain since January, which has limited my physical activities. I have been taking Advil and now Celebrex for pain relief. My blood work shows inflammation, but my ANA is negative. My symptoms include pain in my joints, especially shoulders and triceps, stiffness in the morning, and puffiness in my fingers and toes. I had a partial knee replacement three years ago and a thyroidectomy eight years ago. What could be causing my symptoms, and what should I do next?
