I am 64 years old and have been experiencing joint and muscle pain since January, which has limited my physical activities. I have been taking Advil and now Celebrex for pain relief. My blood work shows inflammation, but my ANA is negative. My symptoms include pain in my joints, especially shoulders and triceps, stiffness in the morning, and puffiness in my fingers and toes. I had a partial knee replacement three years ago and a thyroidectomy eight years ago. What could be causing my symptoms, and what should I do next?

I recently performed a coeliac home test and believe it showed a faint positive, but my blood test results from a couple of weeks ago indicated that I do not have coeliac disease. What should I do next?

I had a possible seizure on Monday morning. I was diagnosed with epilepsy 11 years ago. I went to a local ER, but they dismissed it as fainting. I'm still experiencing headaches and occasional wooziness with sweating, similar to what happened during the seizure. Should I wait to see a neurologist/primary care doctor or go back to the ER? I don't want to have another seizure.

I have been experiencing rectal bleeding for the last 2 days, with blood in my underwear and when I wipe. I also passed a few small blood clots. I have a history of hemorrhoids and there is no pain during bowel movements. What could be the cause of this bleeding, and what steps should I take to address it?

I am on day 3 of quitting smoking and taking B12 injections of cyanocobalamin (1 ml / 1000 mcg every other day). I am experiencing coughing, nausea, and vomiting, with the vomiting occurring an hour after my last injection. Is this due to nicotine withdrawal or B12 toxicity?
