I have been experiencing rectal bleeding for the last 2 days, with blood in my underwear and when I wipe. I also passed a few small blood clots. I have a history of hemorrhoids and there is no pain during bowel movements. What could be the cause of this bleeding, and what steps should I take to address it?

I am on day 3 of quitting smoking and taking B12 injections of cyanocobalamin (1 ml / 1000 mcg every other day). I am experiencing coughing, nausea, and vomiting, with the vomiting occurring an hour after my last injection. Is this due to nicotine withdrawal or B12 toxicity?

I have been experiencing abdominal/stomach/intestinal pain for a few days. It feels distended and full, with sourness, churning sounds, cramping, gas, and slight nausea. I am going to the bathroom an average of 3 times a day, but it feels like incomplete emptying with smaller stool volume than normal. Stool color is normal but slightly greasy. I also feel fatigued. I take psyllium every night and eat a high-fiber diet. Could too much fiber be causing my symptoms?

Hello, they found out through endoscopy that I have duodenitis. What could cause that? Is there a cure? What is the best treatment for it? Can duodenitis cause acid reflux? If I treat it, would my acid reflux get better?

I'm having strange testicular pain that started several days ago. The pain is coming from inside the scrotum and is described as a slight stinging sensation with pins and needles, worsening at night or when lying down. I've been treating it with Advil and have a history of using Finasteride, which caused similar symptoms when I first started it. I also have cysts floating around in my scrotum, which I've been told is normal. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?
