Hello, they found out through endoscopy that I have duodenitis. What could cause that? Is there a cure? What is the best treatment for it? Can duodenitis cause acid reflux? If I treat it, would my acid reflux get better?

I have discharge coming out of my ear. The discharge started last night and comes and goes. My ears have been bothering me since last Thursday. The discharge is yellow with some red/pink, and I have a stuffy nose but haven't noticed an odor. I am currently taking ibuprofen and using a nasal spray.
