About 2 months ago, I had a sore mouth with white spots everywhere, which my doctor diagnosed as cold sores in the mouth. I was prescribed Valtrex, but the issue came back with white dots in my mouth and the back of my throat, and my throat feels swollen. Could I have another bad outbreak of cold sores in my mouth, and can they go in the back of the throat?

I have been suggested to follow a histamine intolerant diet, which is almost impossible for me, and it seems to lead to high cholesterol due to the limited food options like red meat and butter. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol last year, which is currently controlled by diet. Additionally, I was diagnosed with bladder spasm, and the histamine intolerance diet was suggested after this diagnosis. How should I manage my diet to avoid high cholesterol and follow a diet suitable for histamine intolerance?
