About 3 weeks ago, I noticed unusual reddish-brown, squiggly-like bruises on my right leg, which appear more brown. The lower portion of my leg is usually swollen, especially in the evening. I work two full-time jobs, totaling about 18-20 hours daily, which requires a lot of standing. Recently, I noticed the same problem on my left leg, but it's lighter red, not as dark as the right leg, and has very little swelling. Can you please help?

Every time I eat meat, it gets caught in my esophagus and causes painful spasms and tightening. I can't drink water or eat anything to dislodge it because I can't get anything down. Is there anything I can take to help this?

I am experiencing palpitations (thyroid removed 27 years ago) off and on for the last 24 hours, some minor discomfort on sides of neck (not constant), discomfort in lower abdomen (also not constant), minor discomfort in left arm (not constant), and have been fatigued for years. I'm a pack a day smoker, approximately 198 lbs., 5'6", 57 years old. Am I experiencing 'aging' or heart attack symptoms?
