I've had an ileostomy for 45 years and was recently diagnosed with Crohn's disease due to ongoing diarrhea. I developed a fistula near my stoma and have been treated with Flaygl and Cipro. My doctor wants me to start taking Humira, but I'm concerned about its effectiveness and long-term side effects. What should my course of action be?
