I'm a 32-year-old female with tendonitis in my right foot from athletic overuse. What can I do to speed up recovery, and can I still train without causing further issues like arthritis? Should I continue barefoot activities once healed, and are there preventive measures to avoid flare-ups?

I have Oral Allergy Syndrome and experience mild swelling of my lips, tingling, and/or burning on my tongue when eating certain fruits and vegetables. The swelling subsides within 10-15 minutes, but the tingling/burning partially remains. My tongue feels rough and has been this way for a few days. Should I see a doctor sooner, or wait for my scheduled appointment in a week?

Recently, I started playing baseball and experienced lower leg pain after running on the ground, especially when I touch the lower leg bone. I have had a spot sensitive to the touch on my upper gum where it connects to the cheek for almost a year. I've been to the dentist and ENT doctor, and nothing was found. Today, I noticed a pea-shaped bump in that same spot that is sensitive to touch. What could it be?
