I woke up with no voice, a dry cough, and my sternum aching. It is not a sharp pain, more like soreness from being hit. I had a sore throat last week that went away. Should I be concerned about this, and do I need to go to an Urgent Care for an x-ray or wait until my doctor's office reopens?
