My throat always feels tight when I talk, making it difficult to project my voice and causing it to sound quiet and dry. It feels almost as if my throat is closing in on itself and choking me out when I talk. This is consistent throughout the whole day after only talking for a couple of minutes in the morning. It's something I've noticed over the last couple of years, and I'm 22 years old with no medications or health issues. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?

I have been coughing and my throat hurts. I had bronchitis a month ago and it seems I didn't heal properly. The coughing started two days ago and is constant throughout the day.
