I'm experiencing a severe lack of critical thought, frequent disassociation, and a constant feeling of being on autopilot. I also have a history of OCD, occasional headaches, and nausea, which I believe is related to poor eating habits. I take risperidone, fluvoxamine, methylphenidate, and a vitamin D supplement. My sleep patterns are erratic, and I live with family. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to improve my condition?

I've been taking Prilosec OTC for 6 days and today I had a bowel movement where my stool was light in color. I'm wondering if it's the Prilosec or something else. The Prilosec has helped a lot, and there have been no side effects. I'm currently only taking Prilosec and occasionally Pepcid Complete if needed. I'm 32 and have no known liver or gall bladder issues. This is the first time I've had light color stools. Are there any other symptoms I should watch for, and how long can the stool discoloration caused by Prilosec last?

For the past week, I've been getting hiccups every night when I try to go to sleep, which hasn't happened before. I don't drink fizzy drinks, eat big meals before bed, or smoke. I'm a 20-year-old female who has recently lost over 70 lbs healthily. What could be causing this and should I be worried?
