At my 17-week ultrasound, I was told I have a very low-lying placenta and would need another ultrasound at 28 weeks. What happens if my placenta hasn't moved? I know low-lying could mean placenta previa. Also, my placenta is anterior if that helps.

I have had a chronic cough for 7 months resulting from two colds one after the other in February. I have seen doctors and a consultant, all have done tests on lungs, asthma, scans, blood tests, all tests have come back clear. No sign of cancer etc. I have taken various medications including mometasone steroid spray with omeprazole, and acetylcysteine to loosen mucos. This helped with relief but did not get rid of the cough, which has now turned into a dry cough. Tried gargling with salt and honey solutions but can't find a cure or proper advice. What could be causing the cough and what further steps should I take?
