I'm not sure if my symptoms are due to anxiety or heart failure. I can't sleep, my breathing feels off, and my heart rate is at 90 bpm. I'm 44, male, and take lisinopril. I've taken 0.5 mg of lorazepam but don't feel better. I'm also unable to sneeze. Are these symptoms serious, and what can I do to alleviate them?

I have been taking Diamox for 3 years for IIH and recently stopped per my doctor's request. Since stopping, my whole body has swelled, especially my legs, feet, and hands. Could this swelling be an effect of coming off the medication?
