Does finger sex cause yeast infection or skin irritation? I have white discharge, outer labia itching, and my vaginal opening is pink to slightly red. I had a candida yeast infection and used boric acid pills, which controlled it, but it came back after finger sex.

Is it normal to feel nauseous, have to burp, and feel full halfway through meals when I don't eat on time? I also experience nervousness due to a phobia of vomiting, and I feel a chest jump sensation when hungry. Could this be related to gas, acid, or anxiety? I have been trying intermittent fasting but find it difficult due to these symptoms.

I have a sore throat that started 3 days ago. It's not severe but I wake up with drainage that stays constant all day, along with a dry nose that doesn't produce mucus. The pain is dull. I'm 36 years old and take montelukast 10mg daily for allergies and use cough drops. Is there anything else I should do for my symptoms?
