What can stabbing pain in the chest come from, especially if it comes and goes every few minutes, doesn't hurt when breathing, and is located under the breast, on the left side of the back, and shoulder? I'm a 20-year-old woman with no recent physical activity or trauma.

I hit the back of my head hard on a metal object. There was a small cut and bleeding, and now it is just painful. I vomited saliva while brushing my teeth, possibly due to alcohol consumption. There is only one small bump. Should I be concerned about a brain bleed, and do I need a CT scan? Also, when can I take Advil after drinking alcohol?
