I have been experiencing persistent throat pain for several months, along with swelling of my lymph nodes that comes and goes. I also have a history of Hashimoto's disease, recurrent strep throat, and ear infections as a child, which may be contributing to my current symptoms. Additionally, I have vestibular migraines and difficulty with balance, especially in large or brightly lit areas. I am struggling with weight management despite healthy eating habits and limited exercise due to my health issues. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to address them?

I have a low-functioning gallbladder with constant pain and was told it could rupture if I have gallstones. I also have IBS, diverticulosis, and severe anxiety. What should I do to manage my pain and symptoms until my surgery in two weeks, and is it safe to wait that long without the risk of rupture?

My 16-year-old daughter has had two episodes: one where she passed out at work and another where she stared off unresponsively at home. The first episode was diagnosed as syncope, but the second episode has no explanation. Could these be seizures, and what should I do next?

I have been experiencing pain in the front side of my hip, right next to the joint, for a couple of weeks. The pain is tender with sharpness, worsens when laying down, rolling over, or sleeping on my stomach, and is also painful when straightening my leg. I am a 37-year-old female veteran with a history of hip issues like trochanteric bursitis, arthritis in my other hip, and bone and nerve issues in my legs and feet. I also have high blood pressure and take labetalol for it. What could this pain be, and what can I do to manage it?
