My mother passed away on 5/6 due to what I was told was a major stroke. However, on her death certificate, cardiopulmonary arrest is listed as the final cause of death, with the stroke being listed as a result of the cardiac arrest. I want to know why the doctors would withhold this information from my family and me, especially since I was at the hospital the entire time she was there. Something just doesn't seem right. I was in the shower and felt sick in the stomach, followed by fading vision, weakness, dizziness, and difficulty breathing. I had to hold onto the shower door and eventually turned the water to cold to regain my vision. I was shaking for about 20 minutes afterward.
