My husband is having abdominal cramps and diarrhea. He started feeling very bloated after eating fast food two days ago, followed by massive diarrhea with visible blood, profuse sweating, and a feeling of passing out. His blood pressure was 106/60. He is 53 years old, on Lisinopril 40mg PO QD and Gabapentin 300 mg PO TID as needed for pain due to a displaced disc. He has not eaten solid food for two days and is experiencing small amounts of watery diarrhea and cramps after drinking fluids. He has internal hemorrhoids and believes it is food poisoning. What should we do?

I recently tapered off gabapentin after being on it for a year, then restarting it three months ago under my psychiatrist's supervision. I was on 600mg once a day and tapered down to 300mg before stopping two weeks ago. Now, I'm experiencing severe depression and anxiety. I experienced sudden lightheadedness, dizziness, and a headache around 6:40 pm while walking into a store. The dizziness is severe and hasn't subsided, making me feel like sleeping due to discomfort. The headache has mostly subsided. I tried checking my blood pressure (BP) at a pharmacy but had to use the cuff on my lower arm due to my size, getting a reading of 132/84, which is normal for me. My mom tested her BP both ways and found a 10-point difference, suggesting my reading might be 8-10 points higher. I'm unsure if the machine at the store was accurate. Additionally, I realized I was dehydrated from spending time in the sun and not drinking enough water. I also had a coke and chocolate before symptoms began. Should I assume the machine was correct, and is my dizziness likely due to dehydration?
