I experienced sudden lightheadedness, dizziness, and a headache around 6:40 pm while walking into a store. The dizziness is severe and hasn't subsided, making me feel like sleeping due to discomfort. The headache has mostly subsided. I tried checking my blood pressure (BP) at a pharmacy but had to use the cuff on my lower arm due to my size, getting a reading of 132/84, which is normal for me. My mom tested her BP both ways and found a 10-point difference, suggesting my reading might be 8-10 points higher. I'm unsure if the machine at the store was accurate. Additionally, I realized I was dehydrated from spending time in the sun and not drinking enough water. I also had a coke and chocolate before symptoms began. Should I assume the machine was correct, and is my dizziness likely due to dehydration?

The pain is localized in the right lower abdomen, similar to appendicitis but was told by a nurse it's not that. What could be causing these symptoms and what should we do?

My 16-year-old daughter has had a consistent headache for about a week, which has moved from her head to her face. The pain is throbbing and affects the front of her head. She has taken Tylenol, ibuprofen, and allergy medications. She has not experienced nausea, vomiting, neck stiffness, dizziness, weakness, blocked/running nose, vision/hearing issues, fever, scalp tenderness, jaw pain, fatigue, or trouble walking. She has some pain around her sinuses but mainly complains of the headache. What could be causing this headache and what treatments are recommended?

I feel incredibly sick and have multiple symptoms including being constantly cold, tinnitus, a constant violent cough, depersonalization, and eye strain. The cough is dry but sometimes produces mucus, and there was chest tightness that has since gone. I am not using any medications and I am 16 years old. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
