I have a hard lump in the crease of my right arm (where the arm bends) that has grown over the past year. I've also been experiencing arm and shoulder pains, but the lump itself doesn't hurt. What could this lump be, and should I be concerned?

I had a potential HIV exposure on June 6th. I had PCR RNA HIV 1 Quantitative and HIV 2 DNA/RNA Qualitative tests on Day 53, and a HIV 4th Gen/Duo result on Day 56. Can I rule out HIV based on these results, and do I need to retest at 90 days?

My bowel movements are mucus-like, and I experienced weakness in my legs on the first day, along with some nausea. I have not taken any medication for the past three days, but I took Excedrin before that. What could be causing these symptoms, and what tests or treatments should I consider?

I'm experiencing a ripple in my vision, which started 5 minutes ago and is getting worse. It's frontal and affecting both eyes. I haven't had my eyes checked in a long while and never had eyesight issues before. I had herpes on the eye once a decade ago, but that was painful and affected only one eye. This current issue is not painful at all. What could be causing this and what should I do?
