He has since had three episodes of low blood pressure, the last one being 80/40, accompanied by symptoms like nausea and blurry vision. He has undergone various cardiac tests, including an electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, effort test, and Holter test, all of which showed normal heart function. An electroencephalogram also showed no alterations. Doctors have suggested a tilt table test to check for vasovagal syndrome. What could be causing these low blood pressure episodes and what further steps should be considered?

I have a dull sore/ache underneath my left jaw, where the jaw meets the neck (not the bony part). I feel it when I swallow, when I position my head down and let my chin touch my neck, and when I touch it with a little pressure. I don't feel any lumps or anything like that. What could this be?
