Good morning. On Saturday night, I heard a popping noise on my lower tummy area, around the left side. Today is Monday, and the pain is still barely manageable. The pain radiates from a 4 to a 9 every so often and has been occurring since I heard the popping noise. The only thing that seems to help the pain is when I am laying down and not moving. Where is the pain exactly and what could be the cause?

I have been on Enalapril (10 MG) for BP for a number of years. Lately, my BP is running in the 140-150+/94-82 range. My PA told me to take two per day; resulting in no change. Now he wants me to add a beta blocker and keep taking the two Enalapril also. Does this sound reasonable? Would be taking too much/too many?

I have 3 small, painless bumps on my penis that have been present for about 2 weeks with no pain or itching. I had protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex over 6 weeks ago, and the bumps appeared approximately 4.5 weeks after the possible exposure. I also used a possibly unsanitary sex toy a couple of days before the bumps appeared. I've tested negative for all STDs at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after the sexual contact. Could this be some kind of fungal infection or HPV?

I have a weird sensation about 5 inches to the left of my belly button. Sometimes it throbs, and sometimes it just feels weird. My bowel habits haven't changed, and I went this morning as usual. It has lasted about an hour now. Could it just be gas? Is it potentially something else?

I had lumbar surgery 3 months ago for fusion of L4-5-S1 with decompression for spondyolosthesis. My weakness and nerve pain in my legs went away after surgery. I've been going to PT for eight weeks and walking 2 miles daily. I now have an aching pain in my back on the left side that extends to my outer thigh and a knot in my left butt cheek. What could this be and is it a cause for concern?
