Do I need to take antiviral medication for cold sores, and can it prevent outbreaks if taken daily? Also, I have HSV-1 antibodies from a blood test and am concerned about the possibility of transferring HSV-1 'down there' without realizing it. Is there a way to know for sure if I have transferred it, and if not, how likely is it to recur after nine years without any symptoms?

For the past 7 days, I have been experiencing severe vomiting, belching, diarrhea, and a feeling that my stomach is not digesting food properly. I have been to the ER twice and urgent care, but all tests came back clear. I am not getting better and am desperate for a solution. What do I need to do to get better?
