My twenty-year-old son stepped on a rusty nail which penetrated his heel and drew blood. His last tetanus shot was probably twelve years ago. What could happen if I am unable to 'drag' him to a clinic for the tetanus shot?

When I urinate, my urine is foamy and I think it's semen leaking. Sometimes, one or two drops of semen leak when I go for a poo. After urinating, my penis shrinks for a bit then goes back to normal. Is this normal, and could it be related to a weak parasympathetic nerve?
