I have subclinical hypothyroid diagnosed at age 10. I'm 25 now and my TSH is between 3-5, with normal fT3, fT4, and Total T4, and no antibodies. Do I need medication? What complications does this cause? I've noticed my heart rate when sitting goes to 55-58 at times, I have always had thin hair and been a little on the heavier side since childhood. I'm not sure if this is related to being hypo or simply my anemia or genetics. I'm unsure whether it's worth starting medication.
