I have back pain located along a straight line from my sternum to my back, near the spine and the point where most people tend to slouch. My posture has been getting worse, and I work at a job where I look down a lot. I've tried using a broomstick to keep my shoulders back, but I'm unsure if this is effective. What is the best way to maintain good posture without looking foolish, and is it normal to get tired holding good posture? Additionally, can a Nissen fundoplication cause someone to slouch over the years?

It is about the size of two finger tips and does not cause pain or tenderness. How long have you had the swelling? About how large is the affected area? Is your bone painful or tender? My partner and I had sex last Wednesday, and she took Plan B the day after. She is now experiencing light pink and brown blood from her vagina when she urinates, about 5 days after taking Plan B. Could this be a side effect of Plan B, or is there a chance of pregnancy?
