Do I have hypoglycemia? My fasting glucose levels have been around 81, 89, and 68, and I am 34 years old, non-diabetic, and 20 weeks pregnant. I had trace ketones in my urine, so I checked my sugar levels. I am worried because I read that hypoglycemia is not very common for non-diabetic people.

My 14-year-old granddaughter has been experiencing daily headaches, particularly throbbing ones, for the past six years. The pain is often at the back of her head and can radiate to the top of her right eye. Over-the-counter medications provide only temporary relief, and she sometimes experiences nausea and vomiting, which temporarily alleviates the headache. She has a history of hay fever and has been diagnosed with it by a doctor. A headache scan in 2017 showed no abnormalities. Her mother also suffers from severe headaches. What could be causing these headaches and what treatment options are available?

I am coughing up a lot of phlegm, and it makes me cough. The coughing has been going on for about a couple of weeks, worse in the morning and late evening, and is accompanied by sneezing and a runny nose. I do smoke. What over-the-counter medicine can I take to dry this up, and what other steps should I take?

I keep getting deep burps from my stomach that affect my breathing. I am a 33-year-old female with symptoms including nausea, heartburn, chest discomfort, bloating, dizziness, and fainting. I have a history of smoking but no alcohol, and I experience tightness between my chest and stomach. I also have constipation and find that chocolate and caffeine worsen my symptoms. What could be causing these issues and what steps can I take to alleviate them?

Hello. I accidentally had some amyl nitrite spilled up my nose a few days ago. Still burns and my throat is sore as well. The burning is usually constant but gets worse at night or after a prolonged period of not drinking water. I am allergic to a number of things and have slightly elevated blood pressure. What should I do for the burning sensation and throat soreness?

My wife has pre-diabetes, a nerve condition treated with gabapentin, and takes lamotrigine for epilepsy. She recently mentioned having film in her mouth in the mornings, which the doctor suggested could be due to dehydration or worsening pre-diabetes, not necessarily oral thrush. Given her medical history and the doctor's assessment, what are the most likely causes of the film in her mouth, and is it possible for it to be thrush only affecting her gums?
