My wife has pre-diabetes, a nerve condition treated with gabapentin, and takes lamotrigine for epilepsy. She recently mentioned having film in her mouth in the mornings, which the doctor suggested could be due to dehydration or worsening pre-diabetes, not necessarily oral thrush. Given her medical history and the doctor's assessment, what are the most likely causes of the film in her mouth, and is it possible for it to be thrush only affecting her gums?

Does this weight gain look normal for a 14-month-old? My child has only gained 2 ounces in a month and a half, and her doctor wants to do weight checks every 2 weeks and has her on toddler formula. Is this cause for concern?

I took a full dose of NyQuil at 8:30 pm last night and a full dose of ZQuil (Benadryl) at 4:30 this morning. Is this safe, and are there any potential side effects I should be aware of?

My 2-year-old baby has vomited once yesterday and had 2 bowel movements (not running but a lot). She has no fever or other symptoms. She has since vomited 3 times today, after lunch, dinner, and drinking a glass of water. This is the first time she has experienced this issue. Are the bowel movements stable or getting worse? Is there anything else in her medical history that the Pediatrician should know?

I had a 38-week internal check-up on Monday. The OB said my cervix is softening and not dilated yet, but it is 'long'. I'm feeling stomach cramps and tightening today. Could I potentially dilate from Monday and go into labor?
