My wife has pre-diabetes, a nerve condition treated with gabapentin, and takes lamotrigine for epilepsy. She recently mentioned having film in her mouth in the mornings, which the doctor suggested could be due to dehydration or worsening pre-diabetes, not necessarily oral thrush.
