I recently had an abnormal ECG showing left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). A couple of weeks later, I developed lower extremity edema, which doesn't seem to be a typical symptom of LVH but is associated with heart failure. Does this mean I've developed heart failure at 36, or can it be a symptom of LVH itself? I have high blood pressure, but my home readings are not overly alarming. My sodium levels are always on the lower end of normal. Does sodium in the blood correlate with blood pressure, or are they unrelated?

I have TPO levels at 1000, which indicates Hashimoto's thyroiditis. My TSH is 4.1, and my cortisol is 210. I suffer from anxiety, depression, cold intolerance, and sinus allergies. I am currently taking vitamin D, zinc, selenium, antidepressants, and an adrenal supplement. Do I need to consider a thyroid supplement, and would the adrenal supplement also help?

I received my third COVID-19 vaccine in Perth, Australia, on Monday, and since then, I have been feeling unwell with symptoms including fever, chills, rash, and excessive sleepiness. The rash initially appeared on my face, chest, stomach, and arms, but now it is primarily on my chest. I have a history of atrial fibrillation, with 7 cardioversions and 2 ablations. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?
