I received my third COVID-19 vaccine in Perth, Australia, on Monday, and since then, I have been feeling unwell with symptoms including fever, chills, rash, and excessive sleepiness. The rash initially appeared on my face, chest, stomach, and arms, but now it is primarily on my chest. I have a history of atrial fibrillation, with 7 cardioversions and 2 ablations. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?

I have been taking Lansoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor, for 3 weeks and am now experiencing erectile dysfunction. Will this erectile dysfunction go away if I stop taking Lansoprazole, and is there a way to heal GERD without taking proton pump inhibitors like Lansoprazole or Omeprazole?
