I am suddenly experiencing brain zaps, which are like electrical waves or pulses through my body, especially when trying to sleep. I am a 22-year-old male and have had these symptoms for about two weeks. I am not on any medication and have no known family history of neurological conditions. Should I see a neurologist, or are these just common brain zaps?

Is there any reason why blood in urine would appear to go away and then come back? Yesterday and today, it seems to disappear and then come back strongly. The pictures show normal urine initially, but a later sample collected 4 hours later seems to have blood in it. Any reason for this?

I am extremely anxious because my hair touched dirty, dusty furniture that hasn't been dusted in years. I can't wash my hair for at least 24 hours and I'm terrified of getting an amoeba infection from the dust. Can you please calm my anxiety and tell me the risk and likelihood of amoeba being on the furniture and in my hair?
