I had a nose job about a decade ago and have been self-conscious about it since. I think the tip may have been lifted too high, making my nose look short, and a significant amount was taken off the bridge. I also had a septoplasty done to correct a deviated septum. I'm wondering if these changes are normal or if there are any issues with my nose that could be addressed.

I got a general urine test and they told me I'm fine and don't see any problem. Do I still need to get tested specifically for chlamydia? Or is the general urine test enough? Additionally, I have clear liquid dripping from my penis and discomfort in my balls. Could this be an STD or something else? If I took a urine test for STDs and all sexual diseases and they say I am negative, do I need to get tested again? Also, if someone has an STD, does their sexual drive go down? Is there any way to cure chlamydia in one day without taking antibiotics for a week or two?

I have really bad rolling stomach pains that started yesterday and come and go every minute or so. The pain is very sharp and leaves a dull ache afterward. I'm a 24-year-old male, taking only Advil, which didn't help. The pain is in the lower center stomach, slightly left, with a little pain when pressing on the right lower side. I've vomited once, have constipation, and had a whole bag of carrots before the pain started. What could be causing this and what should I do?
