Hello doctor, I have finished the PEP medication. Now on day 32. When can I take the test to get a conclusive result? I gave a test on day 27 and plan to give one on day 34. I want to know, based on your clinical experience, when can I think I am getting a conclusive result?

I am having constipation issues for over a week. I am 66 years old, using Miralax and stool softener pills, and have high blood pressure and sleep apnea. I have tried Linzess and a suppository, but they only helped a little. What additional measures can I take to alleviate my constipation?
