I had a pilonidal cyst that popped 3 years ago and I didn't see a doctor. I just took a shower and thought it would heal on its own. The hole from where the cyst popped hasn't healed yet. I keep the area clean and shower daily, washing it with warm water and soap. Should I see a doctor after 3 years, especially since I have no problems sitting or running?
