My fever escalated from 100 to 102 within 24 hours, and my husband has had a fluctuating fever not exceeding 99. He also has congestion and a cough, and tends to get bronchitis with colds. My girlfriend hit her head around 6 hours ago. She started to feel sick 2 hours after hitting her head and 4 hours in she experienced really bad nausea. The nausea has since gotten a bit better. She has a tingling in her head, dizziness, brain fog, her vision is a bit blurry, has a slight headache, and a neck ache. It seems like a concussion. What should we do for this? Should screens be avoided? Is it okay to go for walks? Drink coffee? Should she be in the dark? If so, for how long? Thanks!

I also have health anxiety and vitamin D deficiency.
