Is 95/63 hypotension? My blood pressure has been pretty low lately. I am a 39-year-old female, do not take any blood pressure lowering medicines, work out 6 days a week, eat a healthy diet, and have had headaches and dizziness for about 2 years, though all exams (EKG, echocardiogram, chest X-ray, and brain MRI) came back normal. I also have health anxiety and vitamin D deficiency.

During my colonoscopy, the doctor found a polyp and removed it for biopsy, even though he said there was no cancer and scheduled the next colonoscopy in three years. Would the doctor know just by viewing the polyp that it's benign and sending it for biopsy as a precaution and confirmation?

I have multiple bilateral thyroid nodules, with one dominant nodule on the left lobe measuring 8 x 10 x 15mm. The nodule is hypoechoic, solid, partially cystic, and contains punctate echogenic foci. I am concerned about the potential risk of thyroid cancer based on internet information. What are the implications of these findings, and should I be worried?
