My daughter (7) got the flu shot Friday and she got a high fever within 24 hours, which has persisted for 72 hours. She also has a cough and chills. Her breathing is okay, and she has no pre-existing respiratory conditions. Can it be because of the flu shot 72 hours ago?

I am experiencing severe abdominal cramps right under my ribs, mainly on my upper right side. The cramps started a couple of hours ago and have been consistent and intense. I took ibuprofen and Pepto-Bismol, but the pain persists. I had Chipotle for dinner and felt bloated afterward. I am a 38-year-old female with no known medical history. Should I go to the ER, and if so, how long should I wait if the pain doesn't improve after taking antacids?
