I'm a 28-year-old female, healthy, and occasionally experience a sharp, brief pain under my left breast, sometimes also on the right side. The pain lasts about 30 seconds and occurs every few days. I'm breastfeeding and have anxiety, and I'm unsure if the pain is related to breastfeeding or something else. Could this be gas or something else I should be concerned about?

I am experiencing severe abdominal cramps right under my ribs, mainly on my upper right side. The cramps started a couple of hours ago and have been consistent and intense. I took ibuprofen and Pepto-Bismol, but the pain persists. I had Chipotle for dinner and felt bloated afterward. I am a 38-year-old female with no known medical history. Should I go to the ER, and if so, how long should I wait if the pain doesn't improve after taking antacids?

I need help with constipation. I havenā€™t had a bowel movement in over 3 days. I am a 50-year-old male with a history of stomach issues, daily left abdominal pain for the last 2 months, frequent constipation, and anxiety. I drink a couple of cocktails daily, take Dicyomine for stomach pain, Flomax daily, and busPIRone for anxiety. I also do resistance training three days a week and walk over 3 miles daily. I eat a banana every morning and incorporate fiber with every meal. I take MiraLAX every morning, but nothing is working.

I am a physician suffering from chronic back pain for 35 years, with borderline spinal stenosis and severe neuropathy. I have tried various medications, including opioids, neurontin, and muscle relaxers, but have found little relief. I am an ultra-rapid metabolizer and require higher doses of medication than average. I am currently taking 4mg hydromorphone t.i.d, 10mg morphine xr qd, and 400mg ibuprofen tid, but these doses are insufficient. I am considering a pain pump for intrathecal pain medication delivery. What additional treatments or medications could help manage my pain more effectively?
