I have extreme fatigue, difficulty typing with my left hand, and walking using my left leg. I have no other symptoms and have not used any medication for it. I am overweight, a former smoker, and have high blood pressure and psoriasis. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests or treatments should I consider?
