For 3 years, I've been experiencing constant discomfort on my upper left side, tingly feelings in my arms, legs, fingers, and toes, weight loss due to nausea, clamminess, and feeling cold even in hot weather. I often feel like I'm having a heart attack, but my heart and other tests are normal. I haven't had an MRI or CT due to lack of insurance. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests should I consider?
