For 3 years, I've been experiencing constant discomfort on my upper left side, tingly feelings in my arms, legs, fingers, and toes, weight loss due to nausea, clamminess, and feeling cold even in hot weather. I often feel like I'm having a heart attack, but my heart and other tests are normal. I haven't had an MRI or CT due to lack of insurance. What could be causing these symptoms and what tests should I consider?

I frequently experience poop when I flatulate. What causes this, and what exam can help diagnose the issue? I have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease and have had annual colonoscopies and endoscopies.

I am trying to get pregnant and have been trying for 7 months without success. My period is usually fine and regular, but last month I had my period twice in one month, which is unusual for me. What could be causing this issue with my period and delayed pregnancy?

I am 27 years old and want to gain weight through bodybuilding. My current weight is 65 kg and height is 180 cm. I have been going to the gym for a year and a half and have only gained 3 kg despite a high-protein diet. I am considering using Muscletech supplements (Mass-Tech, Nano Vapor Hardcore Pro Series, and Amino Acids) to help with weight gain. Are these supplements safe for my health, both short-term and long-term? What are the possible side effects, and can they be mitigated? Should I continue with supplements after an initial course, or switch to a natural diet?
