For 6 weeks, after traveling from London, I noticed extreme body aches in my upper arms, forearms, shins, and my flanks (more pronounced on the left side), numbness in my heel, and intermittent fever. I also vomit roughly 2-3 times a week, usually without warning. What could these symptoms indicate, and what tests should I consider?

I am a 45-year-old male who seldom drinks alcohol but experiences an immediate tingling sensation through my scalp after consuming even a small amount of beer or mixed drink. This sensation dissipates if I wait after the first swallow. I also experience the same effect with cold medications containing alcohol. I have elevated blood sugar, triglycerides, and cholesterol, and take medication for these conditions. What could be causing this reaction?

I had a lumbar fusion with bone graft two years ago. Now, I'm experiencing severe lower back pain, saddle numbness, unintentional urination, and severe pain in my center-back L/heel. Walking and sitting for long periods worsen my pain. The lumbar fusion included laminectomy, foraminectomy, and facectomy, but the disk broad bulge at L4 & L5 was not fixed. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
