For about a year and a half, I have experienced dizziness or balance problems that have hindered my daily activities. The symptoms are most severe in the morning and improve as the day progresses. I feel unstable when walking and have fallen several times. What could be causing this and what treatments are available?

I have had dry mouth every night, not during the day. I've tried Biotene and Oasis. I've been told it's common for someone of my age (77) and it's probably one of my high blood pressure meds. Could it be a problem with my esophagus?

My daughter, who is 21, went to the ER last night with symptoms including feeling unwell, abnormal EKG results, slightly elevated heart enzymes, and a mini heart attack. She was sent home but is still experiencing symptoms such as tiredness, tingling in her chest and left shoulder, dizziness, vision issues, and shortness of breath. What should she do, and is this situation very serious?

I was taking Ambien for sleep, but a neurologist diagnosed me with memory loss (Alzheimer's disease) and advised me to stop taking Ambien due to potential brain damage. I have tried ZzzQuil without success. Can you suggest alternative sleep medications I can try, considering I am allergic to penicillin and sulphuric, and I take hydrocodone for back pain, atorvastatin, and levothyroxine?

I would like to know how I can cleanse my body. Any advice? I don't have major health issues, but I sometimes throw my back out and have headaches once or twice a month. My blood work is normal, and I take vitamins and take care of myself. I had a brain tumor (Meningioma, 3.5 cm diameter) removed nine months ago, and I still have some pain around the surgery area, though it's tolerable. I am a 51-year-old female.
