For many years, I have experienced difficulty swallowing food, especially small pieces of fruit or meat that are not chewed enough, which sometimes prevents water from being consumed. I often treat it by swallowing repeatedly and drinking small sips of water, but I have also gone to the emergency room where they used a flexible rod to open the esophagus. Today, I had a hard time with small chunks of pineapple. What could be causing this issue and what can I do to address it?

I have been experiencing severe 8/10 pelvic floor pain since 11:30 today. The pain is sharp, stabbing, and radiates from my left pelvis to my pubic bone, sometimes shooting up into my abdomen and left leg. I've been experiencing dizziness/lightheadedness on and off for a couple of weeks, a whooshing sound in my ear (more frequent recently), a headache, and a sensation of a head rush when standing up. Could this be something dangerous like a brain hemorrhage or stroke, or is it likely just a tension headache or migraine?

I had a possible HIV exposure in March. I have tested negative on a 4th generation test at 3, 6, and 9 months post-exposure. I’ve been told that 12 weeks is conclusive for an HIV test. Is that true, and can I consider myself definitively negative after 9 months of negative tests?
