For the past 2 weeks, I've been having difficulty focusing on my phone screen for longer than 5 to 10 minutes at a time. Beyond that, my temples start to tense, my eyes feel like they want to cross, and I get brief periods of blurriness before my eyes see normally again. I can use a computer screen for longer periods but eventually, the same issue occurs. What causes this?

I have ETD (Eustachian Tube Dysfunction) in my left ear, which caused aching. The doctor diagnosed inflammation in the tube with an inward-sucked eardrum and suggested a steroid shot, which I declined in favor of Flonase. Symptoms resolved, but I've noticed occasional aches and reduced Flonase usage from 2 sprays to 1 spray per nostril after a week. Recently, I increased back to 2 sprays. Is it okay to use 2 sprays per nostril? Additionally, I think my hearing is slightly better in my non-ETD ear. Is this normal? My ETD first occurred 5 years ago after flying with a cold, and an ENT found everything normal. I'm now focusing on my ears more and notice a slight difference in hearing, which might have always been there. Allergy testing showed high grass pollen and ragweed sensitivity, but allergy shots have helped.
